EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES


The exchange and return policy described below only applies to consumers throughout the country and for garments that have NOT been purchased in the SALE section of physical and web stores.

Additionally, this policy will apply to those who have purchased Boral products through www.boral.com.co. This document contains the conditions by which the returns will be recognized and the terms and conditions to enforce the guarantee of the garments that are acquired exclusively through the website.

Clarifying that the purchase retractions of the SALE section are made according to the case and will be valid only for exchanges for other garments and NOT for refund of the money requesting it at +57 3016492238.

It is the duty of each consumer who purchases products through (www.boral.com.co), to read these terms and conditions.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

First article: Definition. The return of products is the right that the consumer has to return the product(s) that he/she has purchased through the digital platform. The return process can be done once the client has complied with the successful purchase procedure and no more than 5 business days have passed after receiving their products. In the same terms, the right of withdrawal may be exercised.

When the consumer receives a garment that he has not ordered, he can return it at no cost.

Paragraph: The right of withdrawal will follow the same procedure established for returns.

Article two: Conditions for the return of products. Boral Clothing will be governed by the following rules to accept the return of a product:

  • The return request may be processed from the moment of the successful purchase of the product, up to the expiration of 5 business days after the product was delivered to the customer.
  • The refund applies to one or all of the products purchased except the "Swimwear" category, through direct sales channels (website, WhatsApp, Instagram.).
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, that is, it must be new, it must not have been used and its original packaging and labels must be preserved.
  • Products purchased through promotion do not have the right to return.

Third article: reception channels. The consumer may make the return by returning the package by the carrier of their choice to the following address: Envigado, Calle 36SUR #41-50 Boral

First paragraph: The receipt of the product does not mean that the return of the product has been accepted, Boral Clothing will review that the product complies with what is defined in the second article of this policy to return the value of the product paid by the consumer. If the return request fails to meet any of the requirements defined by Boral Clothing, the garment will be resent and the customer must assume the shipping cost.

Second paragraph: The consumer may, at his own expense, return the product to any of our stores located in Medellín.

Fourth article: money return period. Once the return request is approved, Boral Clothing will have a period of 10 calendar days to return the value paid for the garment, the customer must assume the cost of shipping the return of the garment(s) to Boral Clothing and this value will be deducted from the return of the money that is made after the receipt of the garment(s).

The final customer may dispose of the money from his return through the means provided by Boral Clothing balance in favor or to a bank account (prior authorization of the customer to bank details for the consignment of money).


CHANGE OF PRODUCTS.

First article: Definition. To guarantee satisfaction with the purchase made at Boral Clothing, we offer to make changes completely free of charge for the first change requested by the customer after receiving their order. For a second change onwards, the customer must assume the cost of shipping to make said changes.

Second article: Conditions for exchanging products. Boral Clothing will be governed by the following rules to accept the change of a product:

  • Products purchased through promotion are not entitled to change.
  • The changes will be subject to inventory availability once the package to be returned is received and it is verified that it meets the aforementioned conditions to make the change.

Third article: reception channels. The consumer may make the change by returning the package through the carrier of their choice to the following address Envigado Calle 36SUR #41-50. Assuming only the cost of forwarding the return.

DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS.

Article five: General rule. ALL products offered on the web platform do not include delivery costs, delivery costs will be borne by the consumer and will be charged with the order.

Boral Clothing will return the transportation costs when the consumer cancels or withdraws the sale before being dispatched, if the order has already been dispatched and the consumer requests the return or retraction of the sale, Inversiones Boral Clothing will return the value of the pledge plus not the value of transportation.

Boral Clothing will also return the shipping costs when by mistake Boral Clothing Investments has dispatched the wrong product. GUARANTEE.

Seventh article. Warranty term. Garments purchased through direct sales channels (web page, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) have a 30-day guarantee, counted from the date of delivery of the product.

Article eight. Warranty claim procedure. Article nine. Warranty Restrictions. The guarantee of a product is lost when:

  • Normal wear and tear from the use of the product.

Article ten. Repairs. The balance in favor will be valid for 6 months from the approval of the return.
